AICA Pharmaceutical Laboratories
Feb 2025 – Present- Refactored and completed a partially implemented Export Management System, normalizing the data model, optimizing queries and caching strategies, reducing report generation time by 40%
- Designed and implemented a Laboratory Information Management System to manage test requests, quality specifications and results, sample traceability, equipment and reagents, and automated reporting and approval workflows improving compliance and traceability
- Implemented and administered CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, containerization with Docker, and deployment/monitoring with Portainer; defined branching strategies and automated testing, reducing deployment time from 1 hour to 12 minutes

Dec 2024 – Apr 2025- Designed and led from scratch the architecture and development of a SaaS food platform with .NET API and Next.js backoffice; defined requirements, domain modeling and delivered a scalable MVP for commercial launch
